Level 3 Service
SERENITY
For our highest level of service, the moving company covers every step of the way. This includes packing, unpacking, loading and unloading all your items, and de-assembling and re-assembling furniture if needed. Appropriate boxes and tape for any loose personal belongings (those kept within reach for example) are provided. Clothes are packed into portable wardrobes.
Level 2 Service
TRANQUILITY
| For our mid-level service, our customers are responsible for most of the unpacking, while the movers ensure the loading and unloading of your belongings. Furniture is wrapped and unwrapped (or de-assembled and re-assembled if needed). All your items will be packed, but only the items identified and marked as “fragile” will be unpacked, whilst you ensure the rest of the unpacking yourself. Appropriate boxes and tape for any loose personal belongings (those kept within reach for example) are provided. Clothes are packed into portable wardrobes. |

SIMPLICITY
For this level of service, the moving company is responsible for the most delicate tasks, such as the loading and unloading of your belongings, as well as the wrapping of furniture (or de-assembly and re-assembly if needed) and the packing of items identified and marked as “fragile”. Customers are solely responsible for all unpacking tasks. Appropriate boxes and tape for any loose personal belongings (those kept within reach for example) are provided. Clothes are packed into portable wardrobes.
