Quality service: Easydem.com provides customer care service the moment the first quote is requested.

Our customers are important to us. That is why we automatically send TWO QUALITY ASSESSMENT SURVEYS once your quote request form is received from one of our agents’ websites or Easydem.com.

 

Both of your completed surveys are then submitted to the agent and to Easydem.com for review. The questions are few and far between but are clear and concise, so that we can assess how satisfied you were with our agent’s performance.

CUSTOMER SERVICE SURVEY

This survey helps us to assess the efficiency of our customer care services, i.e. hospitality, promptness, adequacy of answers provided. This can be submitted to us after receiving your first quote.

MOVING EXECUTION SURVEY

This survey helps us to assess the quality of the services rendered during the move itself, i.e. courtesy, timing, packing, delivery.
